Air Canada Finalize Order for 61 737 MAXs. Can't say how much I'm disappointed with Canada's move towards an all Boeing narrow body fleet. Westjet and Sunwing are already locked in with 737s. I was hoping for at least one home airline with A320s. Boo! My last hope now rests on Air Transat ditching their 737s for a few A320s in the future.

Baroque I am confused . Transat has: 9x A310 - all secondhand between 22 and 26 years of age. 11x A330 - all secondhand - most very old. 1x wet leased 738 from Transavia - obviously for winter trips to Carribean. Somehow I can not undestand which 737 they should ditch to replace with A320 ? The one 737NG on ACMI ?

If I well understood AC is still in the look for narrow bodies to replace their fleet of Emb190s, that could take form in the (hopefully!!) CSeries... Fabien
