CZ2 will be delivered next week. For delivery “issue”, ask CAAC. No problem for the frames. As you would know, CAAC do not answer any questions directly. I’ve already checked with my contact in CZ. If there is CAAC related issues, it would start from the first frame, not the second. You must have asked a wrong guy (BTW, each aircraft needs separate, individual clearance from CAAC)

From CZ Financial Statement for 2021, published today.
Although China Southern still expecting 4 A350 deliveries in 2022 and 4 in 2023, no change, there are still a few interesting information.
All 5 A380s will leave CZ fleet in 2022, 2 A330 will leave in 2023 and 2 more in 2024. 12 A320 family will join in 2022 (no frame is leaving), 13 in 2023 (5 leaving) and no new frames in 2024 (10 leaving).
3 B787 join in 2022 and 7 B787 in 2023. The final B77W is expected to join in 2022. 39 B737 (likely to be MAX) will join in 2022 (2 leaving fleet), 37 in 2023 (none leaving) and 27 in 2024 (5 leaving).
1 B777F will join in 2022, 2 in 2023 and 2 in 2024 - never seen this reported before, likely one of the Boeing unidentified order. Both B747F are leaving CZ fleet in 2022.
8/10/10 new ARJ will join each year.

It seems a change of plan for 2026 delivery (just 1) instead of original 2025. Probably leave slots for others.
