Now we have in XFW 6 frames occupying 6 outfitting and 2 paint bays. One paint bay perhaps doing other work. That leaves at least one bay being idle.

MSN206 F-WWSE UAE outside full colours
MSN195 F-WWSB ETD outside full colours
MSN198 F-WWSK ETD fitout Hgr 242 full colours
MSN209 F-WWSO UAE outside tail colours
MSN199 F-WWSS ETD fitout Hgr 243 tail colours
MSN210 F-WWST UAE fitout Hgr 241 tail colours
MSN211 F-WWSY UAE fitout Hgr 244 tail colours
there was a fully painted one UAE in the bay next to H213 so either 207 or 208.

Thanks UK380!!  This let/help me think that there are only 4 OF bays operational at XFW, 241 to 244, probably 245 and 246 aren't used anymore, at least for A380s..... Most likely the painted frame in 213 is MSN207 waiting for roll out, and there could be only one paint bay currently used out of the 2, so MSN208 would be now being painted and MSN209 outside waiting its turn.... Nice though to see MSN198 is already painted! |
