I'm losing count of the AerCap A350's. Last year they stated they had a total of 7 with 22 on order, where Airbus only listed 20. Today, with the delivery of the first to Air Mauritius, they say they have 26 owned and on order, Airbus still says 20. I know they have a few sale/lease back's (at least one LATAM for instance) but is there an overview of the whole fleet somewhere?

Airbus doesn’t report ownership, just orders , deliveries and operators. Leasing companies should always show as zero in the operator column. As per the latest spreadsheet, AerCap has ordered 20 A350-900s and taken delivery of 15.

It shows 17 A350 deliveries, and 9 more on order for a total of 26 A350s.

Aercap's numbers of 'owned' aircraft don't match Airbus' delivery totals because they include both aircraft ordered from Airbus, then acquired at delivery, and aircraft acquired through a sale-and-lease-back deal with an airline.

Now wouldn't an occasional A220 balance the portfolio?!
