Just a short thread to give a big 'Well done!' to BA for achieving their goal of being able to compete with the low cost airlines such as Ryanair. Found an article in the Belfast Telegraph where BA has come 3rd from the bottom along with Ryanair and Vueling (oh hang on that's another IAG owned airline) Must be a proud moment when you actually hit the target...... Ah well, the only way is up! Merry Christmas to everyone and keep up the good work with the updates, photos and general information. All the contributions make this site really enjoyable and interesting.

No way up ! I have flown with BAs 788 and Ryanair short haul seats are MUCH MUCH more comfortable than those in BA 787s (speaking about economy). If those seats would be in all planes they operate they MUST finish last - no competition, fortunately they do have some Airbuses and oooold Boeings so they do manage to be on the third place (from the bottom). With the modernization of their fleet I wish them luck and I do believe they will achieve the last place they are very hard trying for
