I do not understand your question? The reduced limit is a result of monitoring, modelling and testing. The lack is in the wrong expectation that everything could be modeled without real world data and that accelerated modeled fatigue test are catching all real world issues. |

Just makes me wonder about initial performance/maintenance claims and their later relationship to performance. If too far adrift then reputations can be questioned and markets can be lost. I just had a feel that recent engines are having more problems than perhaps a decade or two ago - this may not be borne out by fact though!
