I don‘t know the final reg, but on the front wheel you can 761. Cambodia Airways has only 3 A319 with regs like XU-787, -797, -878.

What is your input to the topic?
Maybe Eurospot and Aero K is right as the story is more complex?
Other sources still show Aero K.

In my opinion, Her registration number will be HL8761. So, you can see '761' on wheel
