Isn't Celestial Aviation a subsidiary of GECAS?
Also how many 321neos GECAS (or it's subsidiaries) had leased to Primera? Thought it was two?

Right (2 GECAS, 3 ACG acc. planespotters) and that 2 delivered should go TAP according skyliner. aero.de mentions 3 other delivered one by „other leasing companies“. So combining everthing I guess the aero.de text makes only sense if they are talking about the 3 not delivered frames going to Alitala.

According to Planespotters, Alitalia will receive MSN's 8260, 8288 and 8312 (ex-Primera Air ones)
And TAP Air Portugal will receive MSNs 8145 and 8318.
