The grammatical tense used in the sentence about an order at Le Bourget suggests that an order is a possibility outlined by the journalist, rather than by Mrs Rigail. |

Although, it seems out of place from the interviewer to suggests an order. We don't have the script of the interview but I think the last sentence is in response to a hint from Anne Rigail. |

Sometimes, some out-of-the-record talking takes place before they go on the record. I can imagine the journalist asking and getting a noncommital answer. |
