So the FAA continues it's test flights. This time not with FAA pilots but with real world pilots. And the FAA boss is on the record that he wants to fly it himself before lifting the ban.

That's pretty stupefying on several levels. What next? Discounted MAX fares?

People are scared. It will take a while before they feel safe again. There is no way to force the public to fly onboard the MAX. People need to wait and see and only this might bring back trust.
