Doesn't this mean the overall production rates will be lowered? Or do they only catch up with four lost days in Spain and France due to the FAL separation measures?

At the point of restart, they said production rate will be lowered already. Plus idk how much parts they have already to deal with Breixt.

Understandable but these external strategic nudges allow forward planning to really be moved on - new propulsion / design / experimentation work. Not the time to reduce these in my opinion.
