An open inquiry: Should we count second-hand frames towards fleet total? I felt like it represents the fleet total more accurately, but it's more work and complexity for sure. I would only count factory-new-aircraft in the thread title. If you are going to count second-hands you should also include leased frames to get to the fleet total. Would you then also include wet-leased, or ad-hoc's (for one or two round-trips)? Just suppose AZUL leases say 15 frames for the season. Total then 36 (as it is now). Two months further in time they return them, total back to 21?? That's gonna be a mess . . .  Just my two cents. |

Make sense to me. Also it's much harder to track the second-hand ones.

To me the title only reflects what the 1st post says. If it is in the 1st post, let's title it First posts so far include the factory-fresh, either 1st hand or 2nd hand, but not the subleased ones.. |

I personally agree with peter that we log only new deliveries only on the thread title. Otherwise if we add second-hands on there it will be really hard to keep track. Or we can also just get rid of the count on the title altogether if that number doesn't make senses anymore. |
