With end of July 2021 overall delivery number at 9971, we could expect the 10,000th delivery of A320 family very soon.
Which airline and which frame will get the honour with the 10,000th delivery sticker?

Well, Airbus already gave out the 10'000th A320 sticker to MSN 10000 to MEA. I'm not sure if they'll have some sort of milestone announcement to the 10'000th contractual delivery. If they did, great, if not, I don't think we are able to determine that from outside as we can only track the visible deliveries (aka delivery flights).

I don’t think there will be any sticker for the actual 10,000th aircraft since a lot of deliveries had been done already, which means transfer of title done but the aircraft still park in Toulouse or somewhere in France. That’s also why Airbus always celebrates such milestone by MSN, not the actual deliveries.
