CAF. OK. BUT: who's the Customer? : Who knows, but apparently some company calles North-West Air Company. Although looks like a typo as this should be MSN 9524

Tallinn...for painting? Edit: most likely. I heard the delivery (West Air’s first A321neo) will happen around the year end.

I googled this company and found it exists. Then my source told me West Air’s frames come from Mexico.
