What happened to the left hand size of this frame?

What happened to the left hand size of this frame? Looks horrific. Looks like either panel replacement after paint or paint aborted halfway due to some issue the paint shop couldn't figure out. Second is more likely imo. (very remote chance this becomes NTU???)

What happened to the left hand size of this frame? Looks horrific. Looks like either panel replacement after paint or paint aborted halfway due to some issue the paint shop couldn't figure out. Second is more likely imo. (very remote chance this becomes NTU???) Where the "silver/gray" bit is above the wings you can't see the windows, so almost like it's been covered up to hide something ?

I doubt any issue they found (if at all) would be visible anyways.
