EDQ is still in PEK, and will be for few days yet. The return to DXB is delayed by some post wing work snags.

A6-EDG left Dubai to Beijing for wing fix. It replaces A6-EDQ which recently finished its wing fix

AKL airport closed briefly this morning with a disabled aircraft on the runway. Both the inbound EK A380s diverted to CHC, arriving 5 min apart. Both are back in AKL now. For the record they were EDA and EEF.

Does anyone know which A380 is in the Google Streetview? I asked the press office at Google, but they were unable to answer that one. Just got a press release in English and Arabic with general info on the A380. Next to the bar are baskets with flowers on the wall. I saw them myself on EDQ, whereas EDI had led lights there. So I guess it is one of the later versions. I checked the 'dashboard' in the cockpit too, but couldn't find any reg number there. So who has a go at guessing?
