Is there any logical reason for the 3 different registration lines being used?

The only reason I could think of was that ALC-leased a/c get EI-HJx regs, AerCap leased ones get EI-HPx regs and that the ones ITA ordered are actually getting an Italian I-ITYx registration... (This assumption is based on the spreadsheet from EAF sites.google.com/view/europeanairlinefleets/ita-airways?authuser=0)

What contradicts this logic is the fact that some A320neo a/c (i.e. MSN11313, to be EI-HJD) will also use the EI-HJx reg line, although they are leased from Avolon, a lessor of which some A320neo are registered EI-INx... (i.e. MSN11201, EI-INA)

ITA Airways in last week’s schedule update filed Airbus A330-900neo operation, set to enter service from June 2023 at earliest. As of 12MAR23, planned A330-900neo operating frequencies and network includes the following.

Rome Fiumicino – Delhi eff 03JUL23 1 weekly (2 from 02AUG23, 4-5 from 30SEP23)
Rome Fiumicino – Miami eff 01JUN23 2 weekly (3 from 07AUG23, 4 from 04OCT23)
Rome Fiumicino – New York JFK eff 02JUN23 1 weekly (8 from 01JUL23, 12 from 31JUL23, 11 from 29SEP23, 10 from 10OCT23)
Rome Fiumicino – Sao Paulo Guarulhos eff 03JUN23 2 weekly (No A330-900neo service in July, 5 weekly from 01AUG23, 9 from 30SEP23)

Configuration of the A330-900neo is C30W24Y237.
