Love it TP1!
I think it is really elegant, that said the Mosquito is my all time favourite followed by the DC3, Lanacaster & Catalina so I'm a sucker for props!

Yeah, you are right, the Mosquito is a wonderful machine! My favorite is the Lockheed Super Constellation, I really love this plane and of course the Ju52 cheers  |

As with many programmes (public, defense, aerospace, large project) there have been cost overruns & delays...I guess the initial participants felt too much had been invested to not go through with it. Hopefully the learning curve will be a steep one to bring down costs & improve performance, ideally not too much early customisation...I knew the number of frames would be high, but not quite 174 (currently). Hopefully more sales will start to come through - I expect the salesmen will be out in force at the upcoming airshows!
Both this & the A330 tanker programme got fairly lambasted in a UK Government defense review so I do hope that many probs have been flushed out now, I'm sure learnings will be transferred across to A350.

Actually compluments also to all members on the photos taken over the days, weeks and years if the A380s - they are superb. I understand a couple may be at East Mids airport freq...if so I'll try to see what I can do but I am a true amateur compared to many here! Kudos & respect!
