I again count one more than Airbus. On xfw-spotter.blogspot.no/ there are 41 deliveries in July, that is 41 deliveries on the new registration plus 2 deliveries MSN 5579 und 5589 from China. That would make 43. I would understand Airbus having a higher count, one or more frames already registered to the new owner but still standing around in TLS, XFW and TSN, but why should Airbus have a lower count, a frame being registered to the new owner and even made her delivery flight not being counted as sold by Airbus?

2013 deliveries (YTD) are above 2012, but monthly average is trailing last year's average --> deliveries still tend to take place in Q4.

Looks like another record/near record year for widebody deliveries. Projected figures to year end ( actuals to end August in brackets ) are ; Boeing 747 - 21 ( 14 ) 767 - 21 ( 14 ) 777 - 92 ( 61 ) 787 - 51 ( 34 ) Total 185 ( 123 ) Airbus 330 - 105 ( 70 ) 380 - 17 ( 11 ) Total 122 ( 81 ) Combined total 307 ( 204 ) Both the 777 and the A330 are on track for record years. Boeing could beat their best ever total ( 186 ) and the combined total could beat last year's record of 319 with 787 and A380 deliveries likely to be higher in the final third of the year. Cheers Geoff ( Boeing delivered 24 widebodies in May which is probably a record for a single month, whilst Airbus had a quiet month. After 5 months of the year, we have ; 747 - 10 767 - 9 777 - 39 787 - 8 Boeing total 66 A330 - 46 A380 - 6 Airbus total 52 Industry total 118 Current records for a calendar year, mostly set in 2012, could all be under threat with 787 deliveries resumed and A380 getting back to 2+ per month. Both the 777 and the A330 look set for record years. Industry total 319 - 2012 Boeing total 186 in 1986 and 2012 Airbus total 133 in 2012 Industry model A330 101 in 2012 Boeing model 747 92 in 1970 Airbus model A330 101 in 2012 Geoff H

Ghorn: think your numbers are too low and you are excluding the "Q4-effect" by just extrapolating the numbers per August. 747 will be less then 21, while the other Boeing's are too low. There are also some upside i Airbus number, especially regarding A380
