November's figures are in and 2013, with one month to go, is certain to be another record breaking year for widebody deliveries. The only real doubt is whether Airbus can deliver 17 widebodies in December to beat last year's record.

The numbers for the A320 family are higher than if one follows on skyliner. According to Skyliner we had only 41 this November including one from Tientsin. Are perhaps some of the Jetstar Hong Kong A320 standing around registered as delivered? The following airlines took delivery of A32x-series in November according to Airbus list TACA, Volaris (BOC), Lufthansa, American x3 (ACG, Lerner, CIT), China Eastern, Private, AirAsia x4 ( 2x to Thai AirAsia), Vanilla Air (AWAS), China Eastern (ALC), Etihad, EVA (GECAS), Germania, JetBlue x2, Oceanair (ACG), Capital Airlines (Hainan), TAM/LATAM x2, Star Flyer (GECAS), Phillipines Airlines, Qantas x2, Shenzen, Interjet x2, Thai Smile (AWAS), Air Astana, British Airway (Iberia), Juneyao, Jetstar (Qantas) x3, Thomas Cook (ALC), Air New Zealand, Aeroflot (SMBC), China West Air (Hainan), Spirit, Sichuan (CALC), Pegasus (LATAM) So there seems to be a few delivered to Hainen related airlines, China West and Capital. In addition Jetstar took 3 aircrafts, and there are two registered to Qantas, so I assume the two last ones is standing somewhere? |

Airbus is to deliver # 102 A330 MSN1479 this year. Last years record was 101.
If we look at A330/340 than last years record was 103.

Airbus is to deliver # 102 A330 MSN1479 this year. Last years record was 101. If we look at A330/340 than last years record was 103. 2013 will probably see around 105 A330 deliveries, maybe even more. 1479 will be delivered today #104 and 105 A330 this year will be delivered today: MSN 1473 for Saudi Arabian Airlines and MSN 1474 for Garuda. The previous record was 2012 with 101 A330 and 103 A330 + A340 delivered. 2012 Airbus delivered 133 Wide Body's, 30 A380. 2 A340 and 101 A330. |

Today delivery of # 106 A330 this year MSN1480 for US Airways. With 25 A380s ( and no more this year ) Airbus has delivered 131 widebodies this year, just two less than last year's record of 133. Are there another three A330s that could be delivered before year end to break the record ? Geoff |

I doubt it, Airbus is closed between December 20 and January 2.
