Of course, China should account for some of them (Air China ? There was an MoU some time ago ...). Thinking of a Linie 9 post in the "A320 - general discussion" thread, however, I wonder if Etihad and its associates could be among these customers.

I think that the title of the quoted story actually means "Iberia denies having firmed eight A330 options". I wish somebody with better knowledge of the language than myself can confirm this. Anyhow, this would probably be a 2014 order. I don't think there was an undisclosed order for eight A330s last year.

According to A.net thread IB exercised their option of 8 and added 2 new for a total of 10

According to A.net thread IB exercised their option of 8 and added 2 new for a total of 10 That thread is based on the same press information. Some posters speculate that the A330 orders actually have been firmed, though IAG denies it because of ongoing negociations with IB unions.
