Is there a new livery painted on the tail under that white or is it just the regular Airbus colours? Why would Airbus cover it up if it is the regular blue?

Hopefully it doesn't affect the schedule. On the other hand, they should have some good data on what to expect when things go wrong with the engine. Better while testing than while in service.
