It's about time.
Now Pratt needs to ramp-up production so Airbus can open the delivery flood gates. Some 200 engines will be delivered in the second-half of the year.

I bet they did not stop building them, they were still building them and storing them ? Now reworking them ! So reworked and "new" built engines should flow fast.

Quite possible. Given the long lead time on engines, most of those 200 engines must have been built already.
