According to Airbus order update for 2014, this has now the status as cancelled

What is the status of this frame technically? Is it a sort of "standard airliner" inside or still the empty test cabin? What engines was it expected to get?
Could the two Skymark frames now be earmarked for VIP-conversion instead?
