Using end of September Boeing data, here are known frames.
777-300(ER): 2020 2x - this must be the two BA frames (LN1667 & 1671) 2021 9x - two remaining BA frames (LN1675 & 1678), two for KLM, plus some frames for Aeroflot & BOC 2022 2x - rest of Aeroflot & BOC frames TBD 5x - this is likely to be the five frames for PIA
777F: 2020 6x - China Cargo LN1657 & 1660, DHL 1673, remaining three most likely be the already built QR frames (1658, 1662, 1664) 2021 14x - for Eva, China Airlines, DHL & Fedex 2022 6x 2023 8x 2024 2x TBD 6x - this is likely to be either the six frames (including three under ASC606) for Volga-Dnepr or the six for Hong Kong Int'l Aviation

The seven oldest 773s (B-HNE to B-HNK) are the obvious target for retirement, all over 21 years of age. The 77Ws are all quite young, the oldest is only 13 years. But the lease on some 77Ws may expire soon, e.g. a few BOC frames are close to 12 years.
