A330ceo situation According to AB JUNE xls we have 176 unfilled orders 330-200 57 330-200F 10 330-300 109
+ Chinese Order ? expected ceo 45 ? MoU 30 EVA MoU PAS 330-300 4 Korean MRTT - not yet firmed 4
Above mentioned 83
i.e. expected 259ceo
The production should be at 100/year since 2015 - i.e. 2,5 years of production = until end of 2017.
EIS 4Q2017
It seems like almost booked out - OK there will be some transition..... so probably 40-50 missing but no more.
How ever today leehamnews.com/2015/07/24/interior-supplier-sees-777-a330-production-rates-coming-down/
Not said by how much. We know that the 777classic must go down there is no doubt but the 330 does not seems - to me that is needed much ?
Some comment ?

A330ceo situation .... i.e. expected 259ceo The production should be at 100/year since 2015 - i.e. 2,5 years of production = until end of 2017. - The production rate is down to six per month next year. - Airbus is confident to have enough orders to support that rate. - The official backlog includes some orders that are not going to be delivered, like Kingfisher's. - Transition to the -neo starts in Q4 2017, but when will -ceo production be discontinued ? Airbus never mentioned ending -ceo production.

I don't think a further rate cut is necessary and during the Paris Airshow Fabrice Bregier said there were only a few slots in 2016 that had to be filled and said that perhaps they cut the rate too much.
A few more, 2 from Rwandair and I don't think the MRTTs for the French, Qatari and Dutch/Norwegian/Polish Air Forces are in the book yet.

Thanks guys. -somehow I overlooked the drop to 6 pcs in 2016 i.e. some 70 pcs / year. -I did checked up the AB xls and it seems that the Kingfisher 15 pcs is the ONLY one sure not to be delivered. There might be some single pcs cases but ? - Any way I believe those 15 compensate for those not mentioned previously and corrected by jkkw "A few more, 2 from Rwandair and I don't think the MRTTs for the French, Qatari and Dutch/Norwegian/Polish Air Forces are in the book yet."
i.e. I still do not understand completely we still have some 250-260 ceo planes sold. 50-60 will be delivered this year.
200 left /70 per year - i.e. 3 full years of production.... 17, 18, 19 !!!! The rum up of the neo will be in 18/19 so ?
Heavily overbooked ! My expectation is that those 6 will go up in 2017.

50-60 will be delivered this year. Airbus is still producing 9 A330s per month, so this year's deliveries will be around 100
