Wow! Such a coincidence! I talked about it only yesterday in this thread: a380.boards.net/post/5091/thread. What if they could bring it to the PAS?  By the way the title needs a small correction: it is Super Guppy. |

This aircraft just makes me think of the next generation super transportation a/c for Airbus..maybe an A330 or A340 with big stomach?  |

This aircraft just makes me think of the next generation super transportation a/c for Airbus..maybe an A330 or A340 with big stomach? There are plenty of rumours around that the next generation beluga will be a derivative of the A330-200 with an EIS after 2020. Personally, I wish for an A340-600 beluga, although it's very unlikely. |

They should extend the runway at Broughton. Pave the way (no pun intended) for heavier infrastructure!

True, but first up for LHR is allowing mixed mode runway use - i.e. allowing take off and landings from the same runway. Should boost capacity by ~10% |
