It's not the first time, MSN 63 was also loaded in the 3rd Station 50 position.

It's not the first time, MSN 63 was also loaded in the 3rd Station 50 position. If MSN 118 is being load out of sequence (late) there is now a 6 week ish gap until the next -1000 MSN 125 needs to use a station 50 so best to make use of the third station.

MSN115 (Delta) April roll out wont happen. May is unlikely but not impossible. June is most likely when it will roll out.
Already we are half way through January and its just entered S59.
If I compared this to say one of the last deliveries like MSN73 which went into S59 around May 2016 but this did not roll out until December 2016. So it was a full 7 months.
Now production time is reducing but not by such large amounts. So I would expect from right now it will take 5-6 months to roll out and then 3/4 weeks to delivery. It might be shorter though if cabin furnishing is not going to be done before delivery.
So if it will be furnished on FAL then we could look at delivery anytime between mid-June to early August.
I expect frames by the end of this year might be produced in under 5 months from S59 to roll out.

This year, we may see shorter lead times from entry into FAL to delivery, not only because of the normal learning curve, but also because the FAL is being better supplied. We don't know exactly how fast frames could have been produced last year if all supplies had been shipped in time ...

Does anyone know if the work in the tents is diminishing? Eg : I think it was originally planned to mount the seats in the assembly line but that was moved towards the tents. Is this work done now in the assembly line or still in the tents?

I think you may be missing something these frames were fast tracked past frames MSN 47, 60, 63, 69, 70, 72, 76, 78 ! For a good reason, they would be accepted and paid for by year end !

I agree with this. If there is great urgency to get the 1st Delta frame out before other frames then yes they could do it in 4 months. But what I am talking about is the average. Look at it now. The frame is in S59 so can we consider last week the starting point for FAL? Then you go from Mid January to Mid April. That's only just 3 months or 13/14 weeks. Add the 2 weeks on the end of the month and we are talking about 3.5 months to get this frame out by the 30th of April. So I was saying the chances of this happening is basically 0. May has a reasonable chance as that takes us up to 4.5 months to the 31st of May which is not far off their super fast deliveries which we know was a rush job. But I think its more likely to be close to 5 months to when roll out happens. Even cabin furnishing has been taking about 6/7 weeks at-least. Paint will still take 1-1.5 weeks out. Also frames do usually spend some time waiting around the place for s20 slots to become available.. Again if they really need this frame out quickly they could do it much faster but Airbus has said just recently they don't want to be doing this again. The big drop off in January and to a lesser extent in February is due to that push of getting some frames out the door before others. Roll outs should only pick up from around the beginning of February.
