So please, where has the first Vmu-test taken place? Not in Istres but south of Paris? Why this?

So please, where has the first Vmu-test taken place? Not in Istres but south of Paris? Why this? At Vatry, near Paris indeed... Don't know why, but they need calm (less than 5 kts) winds for the tests, maybe the forecasts at Istres weren't good enough?? |
