Boeing's target is 110 deliveries this year. I think this now requires 14 deliveries in December.

I've updated my tables of widebody orders and deliveries, with Boeing's end November numbers. docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1LK3NGr1kFwYC9bk8u52J3X28fTAr3kPttsktJYHt2U8/edit#gid=0Lower than average deliveries this month but Boeing are now just 1 short of last year's record of 208. The 787 had only 6 deliveries last month and needs 13 in December to beat the record of 108 set by the A330 last year. Only 1 widebody order this month, a 787-9 for Virgin Atlantic. Expecting the Airbus figures to be more interesting. Hopefully we'll get them on the 5th. Geoff

With 12xA330 and 3xA380 in November, annual deliveries are now within reach of Airbus' best total set in 2012 and 2013. A total of 15 in December would make the same number delivered three years running. A330-900 orders for Delta and CIT now booked. Disappointingly, nothing for the A380, it's now a year since the last airline order ( Emirates for 50 ). Net 28 new orders for the A350-900, orders from Delta and Air Mauritius and one cancellation/conversion by CIT. No change in the 32 orders for A350-800 showing still on the orderbook !! Geoff

With 5 delivered so far in December, Boeing has now delivered more than 100 ( 101 precisely ) 787s this year. This is the first time a Boeing widebody has reached this figure. The only other widebody to reach 100 in a year is the A330, which holds the record at 108.

Boeing's stated 2014 goal is to break that record by delivering 110 787s. Anyhow, they will deliver even more next year.

Geoff, do you include the military versions in your sheet ? i.e. there is a LOT of 767-2C i.e. KC146 orders and some 330MRTT....

We already have been through this discussion. Manufacturers' order and delivery numbers are provided by aircraft type, some of which (i.e. 767, 737, A330) come in civilian and military versions. The consequence is that military aircraft derived from a civilian aircraft, and generally produced on the same FAL as them, are part of the type total. Geoff has no choice but to take the numbers as they are.
It would make sense, though, to keep a separate record of military sales, which address a specific market. This would be easy in some cases (in the future, all 767 production is expected to be military, the KC 46 being the only offered variant), more difficult though still possible when military aircraft are only part of the product mix (737, A330).

But in Geof's numbers those seems not to be included ? Geoff will answer, but I am sure they are, since A330 numbers include MRTTs, which I think are the only military aircraft derived from a widebody airliner that are currently being delivered.
