If the article is correct it mean ILFC has sold EI-LNA and LNB to Dr. Peters

Could this be linked to any hidden compensation for Norwegian by Boeing for the tech delays? Like Boeing pays the lease or parts now or something? (pure speculation) I just noticed that Norwegian calmed down very sudden.

Just a frequent aircraft finance framework, a sales and lease back, whereby the airline orders the aircraft, then sells it to a financial company and leases it back for an agreed duration.

The original lessor, IFLC, seems to have sold the contract to the second lessor Dr. Peters Group.

But why would ILFC sell it's brand new aircraft? I mean it is a leasing company and it has had a leasing customer with contract for these two aircraft? The only reason can be that somebody wanted a new contract (with new terms?).
This seems to be different from an airline buying an aircraft first and then doing the typical sale and leaseback routine with itself for tax reasons or whatever.
