The Beluga XL has taken in the "sites" of Bristol for sure this afternoon ! I did say they made use of the two severn crossings ! |

1st A350 wings pair transported, I guess it was last Monday, after the trip to Bremen. You can call it a test for me it is a kind of Entry Into Service;-) MSN322's wings transported by the BelugaXL (looking closely to wing sticker) |

Perhaps an odd comment but I was thinking about what a certificate of airworthiness might mean. For passengers clearly it enables them to be flown but since it appears not to have taken off and landed in Bremen but to have transported and delivered the wings to the production site to Toulouse, this would seem to constitute use of the aircraft for the purpose intended. So what about timing and effect of the airworthiness certificate? Simply to allow commercially booked flight volumes rather than perhaps this special permission flight from the authorities? How many are they allowed to conduct because essentially it has now boosted Airbus' capacity for the rest of the 'certification programme' hasn't it as you suggest sciing?

On searching the internet, I found MSN 1930 or MSN 1936.
