Will they do it with this one too ?
I (maybe not realistic optimist) doubt it.

I am very afraid that they will delay the delivery. I guess we can be happy with a very late delivery in 2014. Sorry but with the business behaviour of QR i am not very optimistic...

I would expect the scheduled Q4 delivery to include some slack, as Airbus has been doing so far with this programme.
A359 certification can be expected to be granted by EASA in the first half of September. If MSN 6 does fly in August, then delivery is possible at any time suiting QR, from end of September to year-end. Let's remember that Airbus expects to deliver "one or two" A359s this year.
QR being a picky customer doesn't mean that all deliveries are being delayed.

Perhaps they will play games especially given the situation with their A380s?

Yet, QR's interest is to introduce the new aircraft types successfully and on schedule. Common sense eventually prevails.

Very excited to see this one roll out. My biggest question is whether she will retain the raccoon mask.

That's what common sense would lead to think but I'm not really sure if their CEO's pickinesses match that of QR real interests... If they were, MSN137 MSN143 and MSN145 would already be in service since a little while and their B787s would have been in service little earlier as well I would think......

How much time needs the painting of the A350?
