I'm sure a lot of you here get the impression that, despite the realistic looks, most remote controlled models appear to fly too fast relative to their body size. Here's a clip of an A310 model that has amazingly realistic flying characteristics. The speed relative to it's body size is, I think, quite representative of the actual thing. (model scale 1:22, 2m x 2.12m but only 285g!) I want one of these!

A couple of very good supersonic ones take to air again. Concorde SR-71 I must say, despite the miniature sizes, they're definitely great works of engineering!
