Great looking engines. How do they compare in size visually with the current A330-300's engines please? I quickly created this picture with comparison of A330-300 with RR engines & the A330-900: Credits to Guillaume Besnard & Jujug Spotting

Thanks pa380scal!! A wonderful illustration. The fan is about 1.1 cm neo vs 0.9 cm ceo in the photo on my screen, so over 20% increased diameter perhaps. I've noticed also that the fuselage of the A330neo appears to be slightly angled forwards from the horizontal or perhaps that's just a trick of the eye.

Thanks pa380scal!! I've noticed also that the engine are bit ahead in comparation, and as fanairbus has said, engines are wider but also shorter than in the A330-300

Airbus said today, MSN1795 has "no rakes". What does this mean please? BTW: MSN1813 has "rakes" whatever they are.
