Qatar is not in financial difficulties, they are just an extremely tough customer. They have a rather notorious reputation for being exacting in their delivery inspections.

Qatar is not in financial difficulties, they are just an extremely tough customer. They have a rather notorious reputation for being exacting in their delivery inspections. MSN193 rolled out 11 weeks late and then without engines? MSN197 convoy shifted by several months? No comments about delivery issue of the A350 by AAB? Usually I would need less indicators to see an airline has trouble and is not excecuting as planned. Maybe the Oil money pocket is not that strong anymore to support the financing. If I would by be shareholder of Airbus I would have some though questions about the situation of Qatar.

I agree with you sciing I think the money might be running out, a frame rolled out with no engines means they (the engines) were not paid for, the engines are the most expensive things and normally have to be paid for before the frame itself ?
