With the Skymark-ordered 7-abreast cabin layout, Air Europa must offer a standard of comfort far exceeding its reputation.

Depends on how much work is needed to be done. SAS' A330 that recently got refurbished including paint and C-check took around a month (a little longer for the first one)

Switching to another customer configuration usually takes a bit longer.

Seats and IFE exchange of Brussels in Malta took 10 days. What ever we can agree on 10-60 days

That's just a seat switch. I was talking about a full cabin reconfiguration, including galleys, lavatories, crew rest area's, decoration, etc. Switching to another customer configuration takes more time.

This is basically what SAS has done during their A330 reconfiguration. This ex-Skymark aircraft hasn't even been repainted, shaving of a few days

Thanks for the info, I assume that just kept the Skymark configuration? I did surprise me a little, as I didn't thought Air Europa planned to enter that type of charter business The aricle does however mention some sort of reconfiguration, so not sure what they actually intends to do?
