Timing could not be any worse for Boeing given the current state of affairs. But really, it is time they all just give up and move on. Cut down on litigation fees and spend more on aircraft safety!

Wonderful, I wonder what Boeing will be able to deliver to EU now? First 737 MAX are grounded and I'm sure EU will counter with 787/777X tariff

Mullenburg does the best service he can still offer Boeing : being the public figure who is blamed and despised. When the MAX is back on track, he will bow out, and another leader will be placed under the spotlight.
