EOJ is on the first scheduled service to Prague on May 1. This must be the shortest A380 route from Dubai to Western Europe. By great circle route, Rome is approx. 100 km shorter. Real flight distance is still probably shorter to Prague as long as flights have to avoid Syrian and Iraqi airspace. Distance to the next destination will be even shorter (VIE). P.S.: just nitpicking, but Prague being in Western Europe is new to me.
Well you would consider Wien in western EU but VIE is way to the east from PRG  |

EOJ flew to Teruel on Thursday for wing repairs. This is done there by Airbus, Emirates told me during my visit to Engineering last month:

EOJ returned to Dubai on December 21, one week after arriving in Teruel.
So that’s not been a wing repair after all unless she passed the checks fine:

After 2 months in TLS, A6-EOJ was ferried today back to DXB.
