No commend. It's a shame for Germany. Ouch.  So what exactly is causing the delays? Incompetence, corruption, greed, etc. The usual with large-scale publicly funded projects. But due to the size this one gets a lot more media coverage than other such disasters.

When I was in high school (that was a long time ago !), London's most striking feature was said to be its smog (fog + smoke). This has been 'lost' by reducing industrial pollution, but I am pleased to see that fog is still there !
