Is there any significant differences on the Trent 1000 TEN on a -10 vs a -9? And can those with Trent 1000 TEN on their 787-9s also experience the same issues?

The only difference should be that the -10 version must deliver more thrust. Though this difference might make the engine more susceptible to some problems, I would not bet that the -9 version is immune to the risk. The problem might appear at a later stage.

There is also the possibility of not a general fault, but some faulty parts. Singapore airlines has 9 787-10, 2 are grounded with this fault, the others not.

how is this possible? GPS uses 1024 weeks and rollover every 19.6 years. Counting started in 1980, 1st rollover was already 1999.
