I wonder have any real world tests begun at Dübendorf? First flight must be approaching?

Earlier in the year, I visited the museum at HARS (Historical Aircraft Restoration Society), which as the name suggests is an organisation which restores and preserves historic aircraft, some of which are still airworthy. Last year Qantas donated their first 747-400 to the museum, pictures of which I'll post in another thread a bit later. In the meantime, enjoy these oldtimers ! DC-3s!!!! As Peter was able to determine, yes, part 2 is of the Lockheed Super Constellation . The aircraft they have at the museum was built for the USAF and is one of the few Constellations left in an airworthy condition. Unfortunately, since the aircraft was in the hangar and the museum could only be viewed through their guided tours (which meant I didn't have as much freedom to walk around) I couldn't get a full aircraft shot, but here's what I did get. There are a number of small airshows next year in which the aircraft normally flies which I may go to so hopefully I'll be able to get a pic of it flying. Lufthansa has rolled out it's Junkers Ju 52 "D-AQUI" (legal reg is D-CDLS) after heavy maintenance and repairs. The main central spar had cracks and it took them 1.5 years to repair it and change many other parts, like outer spars. Now it's airworthy again and good to go for many more years. Rollout happened today on the 81st birthday of the Dessau build aircraft at Hamburg airport.
