Looking at the top link it seems that BA are going to keep the crest on the livery that was seen on a render ages ago. I really hope they do, adds an extra touch of class to an already classy livery! Can't wait for MSN095 to roll out from XFW!

Looking at the schedules, it seems to me at least that they would need 3 A380s in order to operate those routes. 2 on the LHR-HKG route and one on the LHR-LAX. I'm guessing that the reason the routes start in October/November because they need to wait for MSN 121 and 124 to be delivered.
I'd like to think that we will see some limited A380 service inbetween when MSN095 is delivered and October/November once they have received MSNs 121 and 124. Possibly some kind of "in service flight test". I wouldn't be surprised to see MSN095 on LHR-JFK a couple of times before October just to "test the water".
At least I hope so anyway!

Apologies for previously huge image, I'm pretty new to posting in forums as I was never able to on the old forum. Has been changed now. I'm learning! Slowly!

I'm switching to MSN139. I have an other theory. From the old forum we have learned the following: - MSN137 will be the first conveyed frame with the final wing fix - The first 44 EK frames will require the final wing fix after or during assembly (- Tim Clark) This means that all frames conveyed before MSN137 will need the final wing fix after or during assembly (= they will stay longer in TLS / XFW). In the 2014 delivery thread we know that MSN141 (= EK #45) will be delivered before MSN139 & MSN140. MSN139 & MSN140 will be overtaken by MSN141 because both frames will undergo final wing repair before delivery. With that knowledge we also know that MSN139 & MSN140 should be conveyed to TLS before MSN137. Interesting analysis. I'll therefore change my vote to MSN139

Is it me or does the nose look similar to a bac111 from yesteryear. Not so sure, I'd say the A350s nose has a much smoother profile. Apologies for previously huge image

Looks like they were using it to fly an RC helicopter type thing.

Yes, MSN is the 3rd consecutive EK frame.

I'd like to see a sticky thread at the top with the list of frames in order of delivery. I think we had one on the old forum. Thoughts?
