henge - sorry to say it - but maybe the better solution to your ideas is to abandon the betting at all. Most of it you write makes a little sense.... at least to me.
The goal is not to win something - you do not win anything !
It is just to have some fun guessing what will happen.
Again imagine that next year we will have 50% of EK frames !
And think a bit about the consequences of the fact !

Tbh the current system works well, and after all it is only a bit of fun. Why fix something that aint broke. Again only my thoughts.

So would be like this? 1 point for wrong MSN, 3 points for MSN in sequence, 7 points for MSN not in sequence I am for that proposal. Adding even more points for a bet on a HoV would just make it illogical to bet on any frame other than the next MSN number or the upcoming HoV. The goal of diversifying bets would not be reached. I think the convoy in MSN order will fall apart with 192 or 194. MSN order would suggest sometime around February for both.
If BA hadn't pulled the delivery of 192 forward to Q4 2015 based on the build time of just over eight months for a BA frame then those convoys would have been pushed back as the then expected delivery in 2016 would suggest a convoy no earlier than mid April.
Now that 192 is Q4 2015 I can see it coming back into sequence order but 194 is still out there maybe even well into the summer.
As ever this is just my speculation. I don't have any special insight into BA.

FabienA380, I've not been following the A380 deliveries closely, but how random are the delivery dates? Perhaps, betting on the next MSN to be delivered could make for a more interesting game?

I'm not sure if it could work, when would the bets have to be stopped?..... As soon as roll out at XFW it already becomes pretty obvious which one could be next?..... (unless diplomatic incidents (QR), mechanical issues (SQ and engines)),....

I've been considering this issue long ago my idea is.
Let us say the correct answer is worth 100 points. if there are 21 correct answers, we give each 4,76 points, and round them to 5 points. if only 7 members are correct, everyone gets 100/7=14,29 rounded to 14 points.
this incites people making compromises between the next in sequence and out of sequence points.
