Why is only one overwing exit painted? Is the other one deactivated? Interesting, I think both doors are painted but only one has the white line around it ! |

Why is only one overwing exit painted? Is the other one deactivated? No stickers or anything on the forward exit. Is there any indication this could be destined for Qatar Amiri? If so then just a few seats and sofas inside. |

Possibly they install some nice business class up front. So they might not reach the seatcount requiring them to activate the second pair of overwing exit doors?

There actual A320 have 144 seat (3 rows business each with 4 seats). It looks like Airbus is playing with the front and rear door capacity (for the 189 seat certification), so it looks like for the 144 pax you do not need a 2nd overwing exit anymore, maybe? |

Most of their A320 have 12 Business and 120 Economy, thats 132 seats. Thats 50 seats less than the big European carriers.
