Confirmed! 3 weekly flights will begin in September 2019 going to 4 weekly in October. Flights will be operated by A350s in the standard long haul configuration.

They can serve that ULR routes with 6 frames, SQ34 to SFO is already a kind of reserve (flight could be easily replaced with an standard A359), so what do they plan for the 7th ULR?

The switch to JFK is definitely a good move. And SQ is not going to use ULR for this route? The passenger load could be light these days, but if they expecting full cargo load, would an usual A359 be able to carry that? A standard economy seat would make this long journey horrible, unless they expect very empty in Y.
