The above picture was from early January. The first A319neo has now been painted: flic.kr/p/DgGtjdStill without engines though.

I don't really understand, both pictures are dubbed D-AVWA, but we can read 6464 on the painted frame, which is supposed to be the frame with P&W engine, isn't it?..

Correct.
The first photo was taken on January 9, without paint. Now almost a month later, the aircraft has been painted.
