Much as i would love to say I'm multicultural, i can't read japanese writing. What parts do they produce? Why are they so late in the game?

Why are they so late in the game? Since the end of WW II, Japan has been aligned with the USA. Its government and airlines have been buying American aircraft and its aeronautical industry has specialised in building parts for American aircraft. Closer ties between Japan and Airbus are an extremely recent development. |

I think you're right, it is a customer option. The tail camera is optional only on the -900, it's mandatory on the -1000 |
