Isn't this photo from the previous one-off visit to SFO?

Isn't this photo from the previous one-off visit to SFO? BRAVO addasihThis picture is indeed from a previous visit in Aug 2008 from what I can tell. it is not the exact same pic, but light conditions really look the same on this pic found on Flickr: flic.kr/p/5T4oYs dated Aug 4th 2008. Both planes in the foreground are also the same: 2 Continental tails. Yesterday weather was different in SFO as per this picture dated yesterday where MSN 142 can be seen: flic.kr/p/pYLLXN

MSN142 is the star again, now on its way to SFO 575 tonne A380 XWB do you know how we can know which are and which aren't?

Impressive takeoff in extremely wet conditions leaving behind a trail of fog. How could an EK A380 do at HAM?

Thanks eastmids13!! Hopefully it would happen and not postponed once again... Delivery of MSN172 and MSN174 would then help serve this new route (nothing else announced by Emirates yet)

Yes, fingers crossed. I've been excited by earlier announcements and nothing happened. I've used that A380 gate with a Cathay A330. It will be good to see it finally being used by the aircraft it was built for.
