THX XWB, I tried to be fast and that's why I'm not so happy with the shots.

I'm still amazed by those wings. Those engines are huge, >3m, and yet they look small on those wings. Just for you & just for fun: it is the same effect as with the virtual bigger moon above the horizon when you have something to compare. Here it was the height, the tree on the left doesn't help to imagine the big diameter. So I made a quick & dirty new sky above the plane - a soccer field 75m wide. The wing span fits correct, the length is a little too short because of perspective shortage. To park an A380 on a soccer field in 3D one needs other pictures - but that's not necessary for this comparison

To park an A380 on a soccer field... Um...looks like you parked it the wrong way.

Is it possible that MSN125 could still be the 5th Thai frame?
After all, it is more 'structurally complete' than MSN131

Well if we count an OF time for MSN131 of 13 weeks (current lowest time for OF for TG frames), plus 8 weeks for wing repairs, plus 4 or 5 weeks for flight testings, that would lead to October 2013. Counting 13 weeks for OF for MSN125 plus 4 to 5 weeks (wings already repaired), would lead around the end of October,... I guess we'll see... Fabien

Fabien It's always possible they'll "do an Emirates" and have them together. As you say, we'll see. Would at least make it neater delivery wise if the frames were in ascending sequence
